In our cellar


Harvested in the morning, our grapes are examined by our team upon their arrival to the cellar.


Once carefully checked, the grapes are stored in stainless steel tanks for a short cold maceration before fermentation. During the alcoholic fermentation, we control the temperature so that it stays below 28 degree Celsius; this guarantees the preservation of the freshness,  fruit aromas and softness. During the fermentation we do a pumpover twice a day to fully extract the grapes color and aromas.

Our fruity and fresh style of wines are aged in stainless steel tanks, while our reserve wine are aged for a minimum of 12 months in oak barrels and concrete tanks.
