In our cellar

  Harvested in the morning, our grapes are examined by our team upon their arrival to the cellar. [gallery columns="2" size="medium" ids="591,592"]   Once carefully checked, the grapes are stored in stainless steel tanks for a short cold maceration before fermentation. During the alcoholic fermentation, we control the temperature so that it stays below 28 degree Celsius; this guarantees the preservation of the freshness,  fruit aromas and softness.
